Order Blocks (OB)
To identify an Order Block we look for up or down candles that precede a significant move in the opposite direction. Smart money sell into up candles, and buy into down candles. The move must be significant in the sense it takes out stops and move fas from the level.
- Level of Strength
- How did it Leave the area?
- How long did it stay in the area?
- Is the level fresh?
If the entry is running with trend set higher targets, If the entry is running opposite of trend set lower targets:
i) OB-2D
ii) OB Zoom in 4H
iii) OB zoom in for a better entry 1h
